Training plays a vital role in our day-to-day process. We train our editors intensively at our Bright Academy, so we can handle complex editing in very large volumes. During the Intake & Onboarding stage, dedicated teams are trained specifically to work in accordance with the specifications of the client. When the volumes increase, the capacity of the team can be scaled up easily, as more editors are trained to maintain the agreed turnaround times.
